There are many different types of loan programs but the biggest are those offered by the Federal government. Subsidized Federal Stafford loans are issued through banks even though they are funded by the federal government. The benefit of the subsidized federal stafford loan is that the government pays your loan interest charges while you are still in school. These charges are the interest that have accumulated on your loan as interest is due from the moment the loan is issued.

Foreign Exchange is the simultaneous buying of one currency and selling of another.
